Vision Statement:
To ensure accessible, community-driven healthcare services that prioritize the needs of the most vulnerable populations on the Saanich Peninsula, with a commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-focused care.
Mission Statement:
SPOT-SDELḴ mission is to establish and operate a low-barrier, community-based health centre and mobile outreach that delivers comprehensive, culturally appropriate care to the most vulnerable and underserved individuals on the Saanich Peninsula. We aim to prioritize high-needs patients, including, but not limited to, First Nations individuals, while fostering trust, consistency, and improved health outcomes through relationship-based care and flexible service delivery.

Our care also extends to those seeking supports for mental health or substance use challenges, and significant social or economic barriers.
Our family physicians offer a full range of primary care services, including access to opioid agonist therapy for those with substance use disorders.
The purposes of the SPOT-SDELK Society are:
- To provide accessible, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused healthcare through flexible delivery methods, serving the high-need complex care population of the Saanich Peninsula prioritizing the W̱SÁNEĆ communities and other Indigenous and others with multiple barriers to health.
- Provide trauma-informed, team-based care with other allied health care providers to provide ongoing coordination and connection to specialists according to client needs.
- Establish and operate a community-based health centre fostering trust, consistency, and improved health outcomes through relationship-based care.
